Drops in the Ocean forms part of a series of earrings inspired by the play of water and objects on water. As a child Keiko loved to swim in the summer rain, to her there was something magical about being immersed in a body of water and watching the droplets of water hitting the surface and feeling them against her  face.

The ocean evokes so many different emotions, but constant for Keiko is the playful vitality and energy of the sea.
